What is wrong with my franchise mode?

This would be the second time I lose my franchise. I played a few games earlier, and turned it off. Came back to play again and I got this message.

A few weeks ago I got a different error message and ended up having to uninstall the entire game and redownload it.

What do these error messages mean? If I lost my franchise again, I'll be returning the game and never buying another Madden. This pisses me off.

I'm totally disgusted with the game right now. Was 5 seasons into my first dynasty when it crashed. Now I was in year 4 of a total rebuild of the Dolphins.

1-15
4-10-2
6-12

I was currently 10-1 and having a hell of a year. And now it might be all gone.

That really sucks man. I'm sorry this junk happened. I literally can't imagine. Do you have any autosaves you can go back to?


If you start another I would definitely do a cloud one. I've never had problems with those. I had one offline franchise that i started this year when i didn't have internet and when i went back to my saves they had reverted to 3 or 4 weeks back from where i should've been so i just scrapped it and started a new one on the cloud when i got internet back.

I tried to open every saved file I have and it said the same thing. Don't know why I didn't do one on the cloud. Never had issues before though, so it never crossed my mind I guess.
