It kills me, I feel like this years game had so much potential and the ideas the sold us were really good. Just like the new QB1 mode, I was actually really excited for it. But then when Madden releases go figure the mode ends up being one of the most half a** modes I've seen. Maybe one day we will actually get a game that actually delivers on everything they say but my hope dwindles with each release.

And this is one of the major reasons why I have not really touched this game outside of it's first week out. I know I got some questions when I said the gameplay was the best it has been in some time(outside of the coverage issues), but that the lack of attention to anything else not named MUT makes this game a 6.5 at the very best. I don't even know if I would rate it that high anymore. CFM remains so lackluster, every promised addition that isn't geared towards MUT has practically still not been added. More things have been removed from the game since release than added if you don't include MUT.

I hate to say it, but everyone should have seen this coming. We all know that CFM is not a priority and we all know that that wasn't going to change. EA is going to continue to cater this game towards the MUT crowd. They are going to continue to completely ignore communities like OS. It is what it is at this point. They don't strive to make an actually authentic football experience and they don't even hide that fact anymore.

I would expect that going forward they're going to do away with all non MUT related road maps again. The cash cow basically gets hourly updates pertaining to that mode, but there is essentially an information blackout now about CFM especially as it relates to User vs CPU play.

I still really like the game. It's the best Madden to date. It's just annoying that franchise mode is not that engaging. Why can't they add the abilty to do a 32 team user controlled option. I just don't Andrew Luck being signed by the Broncos week 1

I also stopped playing due to lack of CFM attention.
When I saw the return specialist ability, I was looking forward to scouring the free agency or UDFA to sign that spark returner.

I don't even see the point in starting a CFM anymore, because I'd most likely have to restart it to get the jew abilities anyway.
