Traded Draft Picks List?

Hello, all. I was wondering if there is a list anywhere that lists all of the draft picks that swapped hands in player trades this year. With the deadline now passed, and me starting a new franchise with the next roster update, I'd like to try and get an accurate representation of the draft capital, as starting a new franchise and not having the Dolphins loaded with picks wouldn't be fun for me. And since EA doesn't update those in for offline franchise users, I have to do it manually. I figured a resource like this would be a good one for the community, so any help would be appreciated.

I look often at spotrac for transactions setting the filter for trades.
