Draft in CFM

Just did a draft...a player I drafted says develops at a normal rate...others say must play 500 plays to unlock the hidden talent. So the normal player can never achieve superstar or anything above?

Re: Draft in CFM

Normal players can achieve Star development based on their play on the field.

Re: Draft in CFM

I think they can still get to superstar based on season performances, winning awards & scenarios

Re: Draft in CFM

A normal dev prospect can still achieve all the way up to superstar x factor it just depends on performance. The hidden dev traits is a new feature for madden 20 and it basically hides the dev of rookies that are star or above and they have to play 500 snaps with them to find out what dev they are.

The major difference is how fast they get there. I have an LE who got X factor at 26. So he’s around 91 overall, great player. If you draft a 21-22 year old instant X factor, and they are your starter, and stay away from injuries they will likely be 95+ by the time they are 24
