It really just depends on your scheme, other personnel and how you plan to use him. A guy like that could end up being valuable as a rush DT, and with teams using more 3 WR sets than ever you’ll coming out in sub packages more often so he’ll get plenty of playing time. Often times when I don’t have well rounded starting d-line I’ll draft or sign a pass rush specialist with high power or finesse move and play them in my sub packages. Even though his power move is low he has a pretty good finesse moves so he should be fine. Heck depending on his athleticism and block shed you may even be able to develop him in to an every down player. If you run a 3-4 a guy like that with enough athleticism and BSH can actually be useful to slot out at DE in base sets, and could make a serviceable starter at DT in 4-3 base sets.
