Thanks for checking this all out! I made EA aware of the coach editing issue. They logged it and said they would try and fix it but not guarantees. It always worked till a couple of patches ago. Now you can't edit their outfits or playbooks anymore. Does anyone know if they added anything to the Jets playbook?

Mills also Tweeted that Kraelo commented (I assume during the stream) about CPU playcalling getting an update as well. No specifics as to what that may have entailed or the scope of those changes, but ANY enhancements to AI play-calling is welcome IMO.

This patch is a very nice win for vs CPU players.

Re: the special moves fix: Big shoutout to the guys who created this thread and the first few posts in it - because it helped a few of us figure out just what patch made them go haywire and we were able to get that relayed to EA.

It was a long time coming. I didn't want to get my hopes up because I knew there were no guarantees, but I knew they were aware of it.

Hmmm...I may actually have to break down and buy it now! But all I play with are classic teams and not sure too many rosters around for those.

If I were you, I'd still wait till Black Friday. That will give us a chance to dig into this patch a bit and see what is and is not still kosher.

And yeah, classic rosters are getting tougher to handle between the SS/X-factor stuff and with so many of the playbooks inundated with RPOs (particularly in franchise mode).
