How to control all teams in Franchise

I think that this this should be possible but I don't know how to do it. Any help would be much appreciated.

This can be done in offline franchise but not online franchise.

In offline franchise, choose your team and then click R3. This brings up a menu that allows you to control additional teams by taking over their coach. When you select a new team, you can set which aspects of team management you prefer to be auto-run and which you prefer to be run manually (i.e., by you).

You simply repeat this R3 process until all 32 teams are controlled by their respective coaches, unified under your profile.
