Madden 20 - Worth Buying for mostly offline Franchise player?

So Iím a big franchise mode guy and Iím trying to decide if I should get Madden 20. Iíve been playing Madden for the better part of the last 20 years or so. I loved Franchise mode in the past, but havenít bought the game in probably 3 years. Iím just curious how the Franchise mode is this year and how gameplay is. Is 20 worth buying for a franchise mode player who has had a few years off from the series?

Franchise on Madden 15 or 16 (if either was your last Madden) was not as good as it is on 20.

There were meaningful improvements in terms of progression, EA generated draft classes, the ability to use custom draft classes, schemes, player editing inside franchise mode, formation subs.

A lot of good.

Madden 20 is a very solid entry in the series.

If you can get it on PC, yes. Sabo has revamped gameplay, Tdawg has revamped player progression. Game changing stuff.

I think the game is definitely worth it, especially if your haven't played a new Madden in 3 yrs. Is it going to be what your looking for? Only you can answer that.

This is super helpful info for me. Thatís the kind of stuff I like to hear has changed in a good way. I think 15 was my last one but honestly canít remember lol.

Progression is definitely a big deal for a deep franchise, those all sound like positives I just remember 15 or whatever kind of turned me off with the lack of customization and kind of stale progression. Sounds like it might be worth the buy for me.

I personally enjoy Madden 20 as offline gamer only. Everyone has different opinions though. Best bet is to sign up for EA Access(one month is $4.99) and download trial and see for yourself.
