Change your scheme and playbook. Then draft/trade/sign players who fit the new scheme.

it really depends on what type of 4-3 you run. If you have a bunch of pass rushers on your d line it will be a heavier lift as you typically want run stuffers on your line in a 3-4. Generally you’re going to convert you DEs to OLBs and your OLBs to MLBs.
