What are your guys' unluckiest losses?

So, I was playing some franchise as a wide receiver. My team is down two scores in the 3rd. With some lucky defensive pass interference calls on deep plays, I get my team to the endzone and then the running back punches it in the next drive to tie the game in the 4th. The opponent take a 3 point lead with a minute thirty left. We drive right down the field to the 4 yard line. 3rd and goal with 20 seconds left, we hand the ball off and get perfect blocking, running back gets to the one yard line. Right as I'm celebrating a victory, the running back fumbles at the 1 yard line on the game winning play, and we lose 31-28.

Do you guys have any funny or frustrating losses you'd like to share?

Had a game a while back where I'm down by 2 with less than 2 minutes in the game. I have a 4 and 1 at their 40 so I go for it. I have a couple timeouts left so I decide to run it just to get the first. Run it up the middle, get the first down by a good yard and they spot the ball short. I look at the replay, my back easily has the first, I can't challenge and they don't review it so I'm screwed and we lose.

@54:56 down 24-17, they run a jet sweep on their own 1. We were ready for it and get a safety. Now down 19-24

@59:25 We march up the field after receiving the safety kick off, and score w just 19 seconds remaining. Attempt and convert the 2 Pt conversion. We lead 27-24

@1:01:14 with just 8 seconds left and on their own 24, this happens.

Insane, but super fun game

Edit: sorry don't know how to embed. They catch a tipped hail Mary at the 50 yard line and take it to the house w zeroes on the clock lol

I play supersim slow. I play with the Giants. I decided to give Eli the start. Bad mistake.

So many chances to win or blow the game wide open vs the Bills.

Down by 3, March down to the red zone, Eli intercept in the end zone.

Up by 6, 4th quarter, March down field, 2nd and goal from the 6. Eli pick 6 from the 2 yard line.

Down 4, 40 seconds to go, at mid field, Eli intercept to end the game.

Not necessarily bad luck, except for the idiotic decision to start Eli.

I actually have a clip of it but it was 5 secs left during the final game of the season and The Ravens are on their own 40 down by 3. I drop everyone back waiting for the Hail Mary, Lamar hikes it, waits until his WRs are in the RZ before throwing it deep. I play the ball perfectly and try to pick it but it bounces off my SS hands and flies over nearly all the players down field except for one who catches it then runs it in.

A 10 point swing in the 4th sounds like a great game to watch!

Last minute of the game, one point down against the Bills, TY Hilton catches a pass and takes the ball toward the end zone. Tackled at the one and fumbles, the ball goes into the end zone and out of bounds. Bills get a touchback.

It took me a few seconds to work out what happened, as I've never seen that happen before.
