Playmaking Safeties

I like to run cover 3 buzz out of the nickel and user the safety in the yellow zone, flip it so the safety you want is the one dropping down, allows you to roam and make ton of plays

I myself have been having issues in the last few years of Madden to get safeties to make some sort of impact. If they have the enforcer they will be great in the run game, but to get them active in the passing game best i can suggest is to user them, especially if they cover a tight end since the cpu likes to throw to them.

For blitzing i found success when doing a all out blitz that involves both my safeties blitzing

I have good success blitzing with my nickel corner. I'll pften shift my defense to the blitzing side hopefully freeing him up to get unabated to the QB. Of course this can leave one side of the field pretty open but it's a risk reward play to me.
