From what I'm seeing on twitter it looks like it. No definitive statement about it, but he at least mentions the Eagles guys should be off IR.

I really hope they removed Keuchly & put something in to prevent Brees from retiring... I was happy the last update fixed the draft order & also kept Brady out of Free Agency...guess we will see what this one brings. *Prays*

No, he is on the roster like everyone else. ALL players are off IR.

There are still a few injured players. Shazier is still on the IR and I remember seeing a couple of others.
