Does difficulty affect AI intelligence or just ability?
I hadn't played Madden in years so I've been going with Pro difficulty on Madden 20 to get reacquainted. The CPU actually gets decent (somewhat on the low end) stats against me, but they always go well short of the sticks on 3rd down and often run on 3rd down when they should've obviously passed.
Just wondering, does the CPU play smarter on All-Pro and All-Madden, or just more overpowered?
