MUT Players in Franchise mode

I am wanting to start a new franchise with a HOF as a rookie. It would be fun to have, for example, Joe Montana as a rookie and see if I can replicate his career. Is this possible?

Maybe through MUT? Can I transfer a player from MUT to franchise? That way his look will be accurate.

Lol I remember them adding this kind of thing in Madden 13 or 25 and saying they'd build upon it.
