Question: Would you pay extra for Franchise DLC?

The title pretty much says it all, but I'll add a little more description...

Profitability drives business decisions, and let's face it, MUT makes money. If I were running the show at EA, I'd likely do whatever I could to sustain a high profit margin while providing exceptional content.

Trouble is, there's no analog to what MUT makes in Franchise Mode. No real way to 'power up' your Franchise and still retain a strong sense of realism.

So, as I asked back in 2017, would you pay extra for a 'plugin' of sorts for Madden 21 that rewrote the book on Franchise Mode?

Two years ago I would've said yes. But now my answer is no

Yes I wanna say I would for sure but it depends on content. Also I would still want to be able to have players in my league that didn’t.

I'd rather the game price rose $10 and we got it built in. Having it as DLC doesn't feel right.

At this rate just make two different games. MUT 21 and Madden 21. One for online players and the other for Franchise. It’s a win win imo

With how savvy EA is busineswise, it makes one wonder if all of this was orchestrated to herd demand towards a post-launch DLC...a "Franchise Rejuvenator PACK"....featuring Drake.

Honestly, at this point No. We would be straight up idiots to accept that they can only add content to Franchise if we're paying extra for it. That's just a joke. They make insane amounts of money off of Madden and they could invest in the mode if they wanted to. Telling them we would pay for the content that should be in the base game is just a bad precedent. We all want franchise to be great, but this isn't the way.
