The 40 yard dash

I know it might not be a big deal to most but something doesn't sit right with me with how EA finessed us with the inclusion of this new feature for face of the franchise. Now I didnt have high expectations like some that thought there would be more combine drills however it never crossed my mind that they would create a mini game within the 40 yard dash that requires you to press the same 3 buttons in the same sequence to get the exact same 40 time depending on what position you play. It doesn't matter how fast or slow you press the button either. You're also pretty much sitting back and watching several cringeworthy cut scenes of your player running the 40 yard dash. I'm just lost for words as to how lazy of an attempt this looks. It's like it was added in at the last moment.
