Where is Jadeveon Clowney in M21?

Why isn't he in the base roster? That seems so strange that he's missing.

[Edit] This is so weird. I don't think we've ever had this issue before where a really big name that hasn't signed yet isn't in the game, at least I can't remember an instance of this happening. Very strange.

What makes this even more confusing is EA claims that they don't have the "rights" to have Clowney in the game until he signs with a team but then wouldn't that also apply to someone like Devonta Freeman or Taylor Gabriel? They're in the Free Agents so I wonder why Clowney's case is different. Antonio Brown and Dez Bryant don't surprise me but Clowney's case is just incredibly bizarre to me.
