All-Pro 12M qtr. A few slider adjustments to make the run game harder and the CPU pass accuracy more realistic. I'm using the Chargers 2-1 right now (Lost to KC, OK got CRUSHED by KC). Herbert is proving to be a better QB than taylor. Enjoying the game "out of the box" so far - looking forward to trying some different slider combos to make it more of a sim. The Chargers new Uniforms are fire as they say, the Navy Alts with the 70s navy helmet and white pants are my fav. combo. Only crazy thing I have seen so far is the Lions ran up a 70 burger on the Bears.

To anyone playing with the Eagles this year, Iím curious what your plans are for managing their salary cap issues going forward.

I had to "fix them" when I hit year 2; the CPU just allows them to be above the cap.

I dropped Jeffrey, Graham, and Barnett for them. That got them under the cap post-draft. (I was able to sign decent-ish veterans to fill those spots and still had about 6 million left over)

Into the divisional round first season with the Colts, a 13-3 season only good enough for third seed as the Chiefs and Ravens both went 14-2.

EA actually used the new play off set up as a new feature for franchise mode, it's a pity it didn't filter through to whoever is in charge of the commentary lines. Brandon and Charles went through the usual one team off a win, one team had a rest routine. Unfortunately as the second and third seeds we both played last week. Typical EA.

Can anyone tell me if they fixed the dynamic dev bugs from last year?

I probably know the answer...

Won the SB in my first year with Cincy going 11-5 during the regular season clinching a divisional spot. Played the Niners in the SB and J.Burrow got SB MVP

In the off season I picked up A. KAMARA AND T.COHEN in the backfield to create a explosive run n gun style offense. Also drafted a 74 ovr RB in round 1. Added a few adding pieces (mostly backups and improved our OLine a little.

Week 1 played against Cleveland just to see how my new team holds up and we got a Home Win. 31-24 going into next week to face what I consider a rival at this point against PITTSBURGH.

I'm loving my decision to pick Cincy, Joe Burrows been awesome to play with and progress.

HOF - 9 Min - Matt10's Opening Sliders

Team: Oakland Raiders

Preseason Week 1

We faced off against the Seattle Seahawks and my starters played limited possessions as expected. But, the second quarter on Mariota and the second string to the field.

We wound up losing to Seattle 24-20. Geno Smith led the charge for the Seahawks as he passed for two touchdowns. Rookie WR Bryan Edwards had a key 4th down DROP that sealed the game for the Seahawks.

Next Game: San Francisco

No roster moves made at this time.
