Should I wait to start a Franchise?

I am getting mixed answers online. Is there a Franchise patch coming out soon? Or it is what it is post release launch?

I started a franchise in the EA Play early access and enjoying it.

I started a franchise as well in the early access and haven’t come across anything that I think should prevent you from starting now.

I’m 6 games into one I started during early access and I don’t plan on starting over.

I don’t see how you can start a Franchise...Auto Subs don’t work...Fatigue isn’t working -not getting any subs in at all..players play the Whole game!
I’ve created my Franchise made all the edits ect...saved it and now hoping patch can fix things

Both..for me anyway. Testing Franchise so no players are subbed out by Cpu.
As far as Auto-subs within Franchise they don’t work..freezes can’t set your subs before game...that issue is all over OP...check bugs glitches...

Maybe they work fine for you...I’m jealous
