Do I just suck now? Has the timing window on the moves changed? Just curious how everyone else is doing with it.

You summed it up; i just get sucked in to another guy every time. I’ve played a ton and have maybe made someone miss twice. I’ve pulled off a few stiff arms but everything else seems futile to use. It’s pretty frustrating as the CPU doesn’t pull them off so much either. Saquan is the only back I’ve played against who Was getting busy like his real life counterpart. He was pulling off all the moves. I don’t see most other backs doing this, not even the elite ones.

It would also be cool to catch a pass and be able to not get tackled immediately. This game could be so dope with just small changes. This still feels like a football video game, not football so much.

Inside runs out of non-shotgun formations help. Either I suck at timing stiff arms or the animations are inconsistent so I solely use the trucking mechanic.

According to EA's help website, Dead Leg is performed with Right Stick down; it replaces Back Juke from previous games.

I haven't used it yet but I'm now curious to try it out.

It's really cool when you time it correctly. I love the new spin move animations. It reminds me of 2K where they are contact based instead like a juke move

Moves only work if you have to juke upfield hitting the hole or 1 on 1. I just run without doing anything let the rating work until I have to.

I've managed to make them all work at least once, but the timing is pretty tight. From what I can tell, the window opens about half a second earlier than you feel like it should, so you need to anticipate more than react.

Re: Success with RB Moves?

Moved aren't nearly as effective except jumping. I have pretty good luck with that. And I like that power backs that don't have abilities can truck. My issue is it's still to easy to run. Running up the middle is too automatic for 4 or 5 yards.
