Success with RB Moves?

Is everyone having success with Spins/jukes etc...? The last couple years they felt way over powered but this year I feel like they only work around 10% of the time. Iím running with Barkley and every time I try and spin or juke it feels like it sucks the defender in to me.

Do I just suck now? Has the timing window on the moves changed? Just curious how everyone else is doing with it.

Re: Success with RB Moves?

I do think the timing window for successful evasive moves is a little different - and that feels doubly true for chaining moves - but I've been using the Panthers a fair bit and Christian McCaffrey is quite slippery in the open field for me. Which, he should be, he is OVR 99 lol.

Jukes have been nerfed massively. Spins still seem pretty effective but I use those far less often.

You're definitely right about ball carrier moves being overpowered last year, and running feels a lot more realistic this year. I'm hoping a patch tunes them somewhere between past year and where they are currently, because I've only managed to make a guy miss like twice since I've had the game.

Re: Success with RB Moves?

The only move that I've been successful with is the truck stick. Spins and jukes have been nonexistent for me, as have stiff arms.

using the deadleg while juking helps a lot, much like in real like in real life. jukes by themselves work better in wide open spaces while carrying faster momentum.

Definitely nerfed hard. It seems heavily time dependent and the fact that it's just harder.

How do you guys take advantage of power backs. I never feel I can run well with them.
