Did this update fix the Face Of The Franchise Draft bug?

Does anyone know if this update fixed the bug where you always get drafted by the Bears? It was in the patch notes that came out last week, just trying to confirm it’s been fixed before I do the draft in my FOTF.

Are all the games still played on rookie-difficulty?

They are until you get into the NFL. Then you can change it and it will now remember your selection.
