My apologies but, this the best Madden ever!

I won’t apologize IMO this is the best Madden we have had in a while. I’m really enjoying it and I encourage others to give it a chance.

The whole “Outstanding coverage dynamics” thing baffles me when I see man defenders letting WR’s cross their face, DB’s backpedaling too far in blue zones, and LB’s standing behind WR’s in yellow zones.

Agreed, this is the best Madden ever. What past games in previous generations had in franchise depth they seriously had lacking as far as gameplay on the field. I'd never want to go back to that.

Bring on PS5.

Asante the issues you listed are not a system memory problem, they never were, those things were added to the game on purpose to level the playing field. So with us not knowing anything about nex-gen Madden I can 100 percent guarantee you those things wont change. Madden plays exactly the way EA wants it to as weird as that sounds.

You are correct sir.

Yes I play franchise and would love the “face editor” they have in other modes but not in franchise, and I’d love for EA to fix some basic things such as “AutoFormation Subs”..but for me it’s the “GAMEPLAY” that has taken a back seat for a so called simulation football game.

Now I realize some or maybe most User players love the game play and I’m really happy for you..but there is the divide in what I see as realism and others view.

And as stated above EA is pleasing the people they feel are the bulk of the consumers. Also I’m older, the EA developers now are probably much younger and grew up with a competitive user mind set. I’m fine with that I just see a change in the game on the field...
