Team Relocation

Since the Washington Football Team is going through an identity change, I figured I would relocate them. For my owner mode in franchise I began at the start of the regular season. When I attempted to relocate through the stadium tab, it stated that I needed a stadium rating of 20 or below. The current stadium rating is at 23. I’ve simmed each week individually up to Week 10 w/o upgrading the stadium and it’s still rated at a 23. Am I missing something or will I have to go through the entire first season before the stadium rating drops low enough to relocate?

There's a franchise setting for relocation. You have it set to "normal" (a stadium has to drop below a certain threshold before you can relocate). Change it to "all".

I'm not sure if you'll have to wait until next season anyway since you didn't start the franchise with that setting (there's a "window" every season for relocation activities), or if that setting can even be changed after the franchise starts. If you haven't done much work on the franchise yet, might be worth restarting the franchise with the changed setting.
