First madden 21 draft

I kinda cheat when I draft, I will draft and scout all the players and then redraft. Well a lot of the guys I drafted have worse ratings than when I simed the first time. Has anyone done this and noticed that?

Haha i do cloud CFMs for many other reasons, but keeping me honest with drafting is a nice perk because it takes away this option



That's interesting that you're seeing variance in the ratings....

Yeah I drafted a couple lineman. When I scooted them, They were low round draft picks and mid 60’s overall with low 70’s for pass and run block. I drafted them again and they were mid to upper 50’s rating and one guy had a rating of 44 for run blocking, they both were star dev trait both scouting and drafting but rating totally different

Yeah, I’ve seen this happen before and I think it has something to do with draft stories.

I once drafted a 74 overall WR with 1st round talent in the 3rd round, however, I had to restart the season and when I got to the draft again he was drafted in the first round by the Bucs. After wondering what had happened I remembered I had seen a story about him being injured and that’s why he fell to the 3rd round, but on the second play through that didn’t happen.

Serves you right for cheating!! You get what you deserve. Just kidding.

What I simply do is 'edit' the draft class just prior to the the beginning of the draft to see what the ratings are.

If I don't feel like doing that, I just edit the players post draft.

But I don't cheat
