Of the one person who I know who managed to get a reply from @EAHelp on Twitter, they claimed not to know about the issue. That was a week ago. So even if they didn't know before, they have done for a week.

They finally responded to me today but I doubt I will get a real fix. Told me to try hot spotting from my phone suggesting it’s my internet. That is not the issue.

I contacted them on the phone and they had me delete the game and reinstall it. They also had me do a bunch of things on my console and none of it worked. I tried telling them it’s not on our end but it’s like they have no idea what’s going on.
