Stuck on intro while loading

It just goes all the way to the “showtime” part of the intro and keeps continuously playing the song over and over. Tried restarting system to no avail. I’m still on the trial version if that might be an issue.

The EA Play trial doesn't end until one reaches 0 on the allowed 10 hour countdown or the game comes to the vault, at which point you can just get teh full game for free with no limit to playing time.

That’s what I thought as well. I’ve still got 5+ hours left. I’ll try it again later today but as of last night it still wasn’t working. Probably won’t re download the game if that’s what it comes to.

We have another thread on this issue. EA needs to fix this and the sad part is they're refusing to look into this and are blaming the issue on us. I deleted the game and re downloaded it. I tried everything they told me to do and still doesn't work. I have 7 hours left and wanted to try it out after the last update but can't..

Yoikes! Yeah I def wanted to tryout the new franchise updates in November before purchasing, but oh well. Better luck next year, madden.

Yeah. Can’t even play the trial for NHL 21 either..
