Odd Question

I’ve never owned an Xbox as I’ve always been a PlayStation gamer. This may sound like a stupid question, but does M21 on Xbox have the same super sim slow feature (watching games in broadcast cam) as it does on PS4? Also, does the Xbox version have the game-in-progress (where you exit out mid-game and continue later) feature as well? I’ve recently received an Xbox One S as a gift, but I’m not sure if Xbox games have the same features as I mentioned above.
