Adjusting sliders will not fix this issue. There is no slider set that has the solution.

You can adjust traits as the above post suggests but that will not completely fix the issue.

Its going to have to be patched.

Only fix i've seen to this is LordFrieza's CPU vs CPU sliders... I've tried all of the CPU sliders on the slider form and LordFrieza's doesn't suffer from the bug hardly at all.... however the QB's hardly scramble with his sliders either so it's kind of a trade off.

I am 99% sure it's a playbook issue and when the offense is running all verticals.

Wasn't as bad at launch. For whatever reason they felt there were too many "throw out of sacks" and not enough sacks so cpu QBs just started hanging on to the ball too long like last year. Have the QBs get rid of the ball, throw some incompletions, under throws, throws in the dirt, etc. No need for more int's just misses under pressure.

Do you see QBs scrambling a decent amount also? And have you noticed any impact on sim stats like passing yards, QB rush yards, etc.?

I thought someone said they dont do that as much after the last patch where they keep just dropping back till they get sacked.

man why is it every year its something or somethings..

we shouldnt have to make all these player trait edits

I posted a comment in Josh's slider thread noting improved QB play after the last patch. I added a disclaimer that it was a hot take after just one game. While I think that aspect of CPU QB play has improved after the last patch, unfortunately, I'm still seeing the drop back sack issue. Kills the immersion for me. Hard for me to look past. Hoping they fix it in an upcoming patch but my expectations are low. QB play was such a bright spot with noticeable improvement at launch. It's a shame it's trended the other way.
