Can't trade or sign free agents because every team is over the salary cap what is going on year 3 into my franchise and after the latest draft I go into the first week of preseason and every team is over the cap my team has about 2mil to spend and that's it the only team under the cap is there a way around this or something

They'll be under the cap once they trim the rosters to 53

I am finding you literally have to rock with what you have for the first 2 seasons. Meaning I don't/can't sign back more 1 or 2 of the higher priced players. By yeah 3, I have tons of cap room and can be a major player in free agency.
