Madden 21 on Series X

Is anyone playing on Series X? I just upgraded and game is that much better. No jitters. Animation is smooth and fast. No lag. This is how Madden should be.

Can't wait to see the "4K' version they're supposedly bringing us next month.

Yeah I'm liking it. I'm pretty sure it's locked at 4K 60 fps.

I'm REALLY liking the quick resume feature. I'm one of those who just thought loading times for games were just an inevitable fact of life that I never even noticed it lol.

Is it fully functional? Can you access CFMs and play games against users who are on XB1?

It definitely runs smoother. I played 2 games last night. It felt like that effected the game play. Hard to explain. I felt like I was able to make better cuts through the Oline when running. Also, it seemed less frantic passing, if that makes sense. I stood in the pocket an extra tick and was able to find the receiver I rarely have time to look at. Again, 2 games though. I may have just been a little hyped to try it out.

I'm not an expert on the whole frame rate thing, but as I understand, it just makes everything smooth. That does really help the game play.
Lighting and graphics are better. But not by a substantial amount

I wish I could find one. I'll never understand why new consoles are always limited when it's first released... extremely frustrating.

I totally understand. I was lucky the night before Series X went live. I went to nowinstock.net and constantly checked the comment section for the next live round.

It's a battle. But if you stay persistent, you'll get one. I kept adding one to my cart for Target, but someone in my local area beat me to the punch and by the time I checked out, it was sold out.

I kept refreshing the page and there was a "Ship Now" button that appeared. Soon as I saw it, clicked it, paypaled it, and done. Had it shipped to me in two days. Couldn't be more happier than a fly on poo.

Been getting 4K 60fps on pc with either of my rigs. A 3930k and 1070 or my 9900k/2080ti. Not a big deal
