CPU dropbacks

Has anyone found the fix for CPU QBs constantly dropping back and taking massive sacks for no reason? I'm so tired of teams going from what should be a 3rd and short to now being 3 and 15 because the CPU wouldnt just throw it away

From Schnnaidts1 slider section. It really does work. Only issue is that non mobile qbs will scramble a few times a game but it beats having 15 yard losses on sacks.

I'll give it a shot. I mean its not uncommon for a pocket QB to run every so often and if it will do away with the 15yd sacks I'll take it.

It helps.

But it is not the magic bullet.

Amazing how QB’s played so fantastic on release, but as sure as the sun rises in the east and sets in the west. EA patched this game to death and the by product was it bugged CPU QB AI.....again and screwed us offline CFM players.

One other thing i do is raise throw on the run. That seems to help.

It wasn't my intenet when I started working on my roster set but multiple people have said what I did has helped that from happening. I think adjusting player traits among the QB's was a big factor.

Same old same old. This has been in madden for years. THis is the reason why my team always is the sack leader by TONS and best Pass yds By TONS as well.

Simply changing the schemes that involve the Field General archetype helps tons. Used to be the strong arm type would cause problems, but that type seems fine this year. Very quick fix. And you don’t have to edit ratings, just a quick scheme change.

What’s crazy is, you can’t change schemes in play now games, and I don’t see this problem at all. Also, I’m using Stayodd’s roster. But this worked before I found his fantastic roster.
