Intrigued by that cut-reaction time for LB's in man.

And as a Cowboy fan I kinda got a chuckle out of this:

The following players are no longer Superstars, losing all abilities

-Demarcus Lawrence, Cowboys

Ooof. So he went from X-factor to no abilities at all? Can't say it's not deserved though, with how far he fell off a cliff.

New abilities look good. Love the Henry one. The Film Study one makes a lot of sense, especially online where many people just repeat the same play again and again. I think that's a good addition.

Yeah I'm glad Wentz and Ertz finally lost their abilities. Ertz has been hurt, but both of them have been awful this year and don't deserve abilities. Give them to guys that actually make plays.

Unreal they aren’t fixing this yet. This is a pretty big download too. 3.7 gigs.

yeah but any additions or subtractions to players xfactor or susperstar abilites doesnt affect current online franchises correct? Since we already started

No because it wouldn't make sense. Each franchise has it's own progression that goes beyond the current ratings so giving abilities to existing franchise players wouldn't really be possible. In some franchises these guys have already retired.

Yep. Your existing franchise is its own universe - the changes to the rosters, including X-Factor distribution, don't affect it.

Which probably means you won't see any players with Film study or any of the other new ones until at least the draft, either.

Does anyone know if there has been any communication with EA about the Qb drop back glitch.

Where qbs will randomly keep dropping back when underpressure and taking a sack for large yardage loss.

Went to equip the new “backlash” ability on Henry in my existing franchise and it’s labeled as “pass lead elite” it has the same description so I’m hoping it works same in game.

Also, trying to equip Patrick Ricard with “honorary offensive linemen” and it’s not an option.

If it’s not in the patch notes they probably didn’t fix it unfortunately. Love how they say “our updates are based on community feedback” and yet, they haven’t fixed a glitch as talked about as this one. They should also fix Ai passing because the CPU has no ability to pass the football down the field ��

Interesting Drew Brees lost his Xfactor when Tom Brady kept his. Was hoping to see some franchise tuning to dev trait regression or at least some transparency when players do lose it whether lack of production or age.
