Next-Gen Not Transferring Current-Gen Franchises?

EA really set another low bar here. And they keep lowering it. The fact this is middle of day two and we still can't do this is a joke. But hey, at least they made sure MUT and the "pay to play" modes are working great! In the meantime just start your Franchises over or play the PS4 version!

#NFLdropEA and #FixMaddenFranchiseMode need to start trending again.

Question: If you import the Franchise to next gen, does it delete the current gen franchise copy? Don't want to delete the current gen league since most don't have a XBX/S.

Mine is working now I’m on ps5, I only tried it for one import

I deleted the trial and unistalled my Madden files. It worked fine after that. It could possibly be done by just deleting the trial. I couldn't really deferentiate the two.

I've had two franchises that remain "temporarily unavailable" since launch, they gated the feature only for some of us to remain in limbo and now questioning wether there's a fix for this or if they even see us.

I've spoken to a handful of EA Help reps, been told that the team is aware of the issue and is working on it, yet I continue to see more and more franchises carry over daily (10k + a day) and they're all within the first 4 seasons (2020-2024) of the franchise.

Meanwhile my franchise with a friend in 2030 could be unobtainable for all I know, I just wish they weren't so mum on this issue.

I am a AVID OFFLINE player and I’ve created/revised Madden Rosters since 1989. I am PISSED that I worked so hard on the 2021 Rosters for Madden with weekly updates for this Season. I was in week 16 of my offline franchise and finally my Series S came in yesterday (BestBuy) and I downloaded Madden21 Next Gen and I went to go download my most current roster I shared in the Xbox/Madden Cloud/Locker Room and it WAS NOT there nor was any of my offline Franchise Seasons I previous saved from my Xbox 1x. Did I do something wrong? I refuse to believe I LOST ALL THAT WORK. XBOXLIVE NAME: PopsTexas2Step. Hit me up and let me know (ANYONE) if there is anything I can do.... *sigh*, *pissed-off*, *VERY DISAPPOINTED*.
