Creating Madden 21 Draft Class

What's up everyone, hoping for some help here. Do a lot of franchises that go deep into the years, sick of getting terrible draft classes. I do a lot of studying on high school recruiting as I'm a big NCAAF fan, so I want to just make my own classes. Is there anyway to do it on a laptop/pc and import it into playstation as opposed to doing it in game?
