HB: 3
FB: 1-2 (I like to have one guy who can play RB)
WR: 5-6
TE: 3
OT: 5
OG: 5
C: 2
P: 1
K: 1

For defense, it depends on what type I'm running, but I usually like to be loaded at LB, especially if I'm playing a 3-4. I also like to have at least 5 total safeties.
