Ps5 here. Played several games yesterday after patch so I know it was installed fully. Just launched madden today jan8 at noon EST and downloaded another update. About 300mb. Anyone know.what it might be? A hotfix for something. Let me known if you all are seeing this too. Thanks.

Played one exhibition game with Saints at Cowboys. Zeke was running all over me. I have my CPU run block sliders at 65 from before patch to get more of a threat from CPU so maybe this needs dialed back? Don't know. Only other major thing I noticed was PS5 fan was loud while in game. Then when I paused to Madden menu it would stop. As soon as I went back to game it was whirring away. I don't think I've really ever heard it like this before until now.

Anyone else seeing or hearing this?

I'm on Series X and just turned my console on today and no patch popped up. I keep my console on rest mode so updates usually download automatically even when the console is off. I'm not sure what version Madden was on before yesterday's patch but right now it's sitting at 1.0.0.13. Also, it was the last thing to update yesterday, so if it updated again I couldn't tell since there was no game that updated in-between.

Ps5 is on 1.008 after patch. Also after a restart of ps5 the loud fan issue seems to be gone. I played next game in my offline franchise and it was whisper quiet for that. So, maybe a momentary glitch?
