Optimal Qtr Length for Offence Only

I plan on starting my franchise and playing offence and supersimming D. What would be the best quarter length to get a realistic amount of plays?

for me i find 9 and default play clock works for me.

I use 10 minute quarters, accelerated clock to 20.

I think it works well for pretty realistic stats, compared to rest of the league. If I used 12 min, my offense would easily be first overall every season.
