How did the editor do this?

Recently downloaded a PS4 classic roster file where multiple players on same team shared a number. Like for Cowboys, Emmitt Smith and Bob Hayes had 22, Dez Bryant and Drew Pearson had 88, etc.

Anyone know how this was accomplished?

Can't speak to the new(est) versions... but as long as a player isn't edited in-game, the CPU won't change the #

And if/once you were to sim through a season, I would bet you're hosed.

I am not sure what you mean when you say not edited in game. For PS4, you can only edit players through the game editor, no?

Sorry, yes. You're right. Thats all I worked with, forgot PS4 didn't have one.

My only guess would be they were released into the FA pool, and once signed, the numbers didn't' change?

I have no idea how that happened on the console version. On PC you can easily change the numbers externally. It doesn't have any issues with multiple players having the same option, it's just a UI restriction in game.

Yes, I believe he may have somehow taken a roster edited on PC and got it into PS4 format and uploaded. It seems to be the only explanation. How is this even possible??
