Worth running a next gen franchise with the new update?

That's entirely subjective. But having a league history of champions and MVPs is nice. I doubt anyone has thoroughly tested the new AI logic though.

Depends on where you're upgrading from. If you already have 21, you can import your current franchise provided it's a cloud save. I think the gameplay/physics is actually really enjoyable. However, if you're looking for more in-depth immersion for franchise and don't already own 21, I would wait till 22.
