They have to have some tangible on field Risk/Reward attached to them beyond just a +2pt to DL Block Shed type of garbage, otherwise it's a useless injection.
The other aspect is Usery negating Coordinators when Users call their own offensive/defensive plays.
a) currently I let the CPU call my plays and only audible when my QB is..
1) A veteran
2) Younger QB that's been on the team longer than 2-3 yrs
I have the feeling Coord's will just +/- pts to respectful Positional ratings TBH.
