Player movement imo is definitely a game changer on next gen & probably the biggest thing that sticks out for me right away. They need to keep going in this direction. Once you play next gen your not going back to current gen.

It’s an improvement.

Big improvement! You will enjoy the route running and the momentum the ball carrier runs with. Also the tackling feels smoother and if you care about graphics you will definitely notice an improvement there. I usually get tired of playing maddens in the past after the actual football season ends but now with the next gen I’ve been continually playing it a lot more! Enjoy!

The game plays well. The movement of the players is much improved which feeds into the improved gameplay. Visuals are upgraded a bit and looks very nice, especially in 4k. I can't imagine going back to the ps4 version.

I am also a franchise gamer so it's especially bad for me.

Now you have to be drinking the koolaid if you don't this was a bug riddled, forced release. Next gen is literally current gen with some enhanced that were made capable due to additional power. It's not a different game. The development cycle for this game ended a long time ago. Hence the delay of the releases, great business move by EA. They make so much off of MUT. The franchise piece is not paramount. They actually spent time adding sponge Bob content. This shows you were the money resides. Heck nba 2k has shown all developers how you can cake up.

You just proved Jfsolo’s point. Some people can’t help themselves I guess.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

I’m still waiting for next gen collision detection. How is it we have a football game that STILL puts force fields around players in certain animations? If a tackle is broken the next defender should be able to clean up instead of bouncing off bc an animation is playing.

Finally got my hands on a PS5, can someone easily tell me how the dual entitlement works? I have the PS4 disc version. I feel like it's really easy.
