One of the teams in my CFM has been having constant desync issues in the last two days, in two separate games against different users.

Almost every game has dropped during the first three plays.. it’s probably happened a total of 10 times.

We’ve tried everything; reset connections, different people sending invite, no custom playbooks, no changing uniforms. Nothing has worked.

Any ideas?

Desync is 99% related to incomplete depth chart due to injuries or formation subs. Reset them and/or check that the depth chart is complete for every position.
