For Those Who Hate the Soundtrack

If you are like me, one of the first things you do in madden is immediately disable the soundtrack files because they are terrible.


I just wanted to offer a youtube link that has over 50 minutes of NFL primetime themes. I love streaming this in the background, especially during actual games ( I also turn commentary off). As a huge fan of NFL Primetime from back in the day, this makes a nice addition to the madden experience.

There are usually several instrumental songs that are clearly inspired by NFL films music, but with a bit of a modern twist. By default they're all turned off. I'll disable all the pop songs and turn all of those on. Certainly better than the advertised stuff.

I don't mind those, but for me, nothing tops NFL Primetime or NFL Films music.

Makes me smile knowing that I’m not the only one that does this. I wish I could put that playlist on Spotify so I could play it through the Xbox

I'll confess that in moments of weakness before they announced they were bringing back NCAA Football, I put on Spotify play lists of college fight songs over Madden just for a tiny taste.
