Re: Madden NFL 22 Franchise Mode Gridiron Notes

I'm a football junkie. Haven't purchased a Madden game since 2016 due to lack of attention the franchise mode has received over the last few yrs. Madden 22 is a day one purchase for me.

Sim engine tuning? Rushing Qb have low yards. Top receivers have low yardage. TE to many catches. Wr2 bug still there. Low avg per catch. Guess next gen stats do nothing for sim stats

Yes, but what is the question? (seriously, others might have the same question)

You'll have to restart your Franchise in September when they update scouting. Personally, I'm waiting until that update to consider buying it. I can't stomach one more year of nothing but three letter grades for scouting.

Re: Madden NFL 22 Franchise Mode Gridiron Notes

Still no word on actual roster building which is frustrating. All of these scenarios are cute but if I develop a guy into a star and the contracts will force me to lose them or turn off salary caps that’s still no fun.

I could see this getting out of hand by year 2-3. This off-season has especially shown us the value in what an extended contract/cap system would allow.

The week to week in game product should be much improved, but I could see myself restarting every couple of seasons.
