Cannot wait to play this new scouting system. It's almost like an entirely new game. Deuce and friends have hit on every single point I was hoping for in a scouting update. I cannot believe it. The last time I got what I wanted in a Madden update or addition, it was the 49ers getting golden helmets. That happened in 2015 or so. But never has something so huge that I was begging for dropped in the game like this. Can't wait till October! Haters gone hate, but I'll be smiling.

That's absolutely fantastic for him as he's no doubt showcased his talent and there are things already being implemented that look like they were directly imported from his mind coming but at the end of the day I still believe the problem with developing Madden lies with EA at the very top.



The most talented game designers and programmers in the world can't give us amazing modes and features if the people in charge don't let them and force them to work on lesser things.

I’m very happy for Deuce and is very deserving. He probably is due a lot of credit in getting EA take notice of the franchise community.

On a selfish note this is one the many good signs for the franchise community that we are going to see significant and continues investment for the foreseeable future in the mode.

After many disappointing years we are finally seeing a light that is quickly approaching in that dark tunnel!

Soooo happy to hear this. His last YouTube video was over a year ago basically saying that franchise is no longer fun.

He has all the right ideas and I'd imagine he would be the community member who has helped design the new season engine which makes me so excited.

When I heard that news, I was really excited for Deuce. With him on board I’m very optimistic for the future of this game. Yep. At first I thought they just plagiarized him, because there were clear similarities:





Hopefully they'll add the strength of position and other information before it's done this year. And if not this year, then hopefully next year.

It certainly looks like at least some of his ideas are being put in, as you can see from the image above.


What they had in the Franchise Deep Dive isn't as deep as what he had in his YouTube video, but presumably that's the direction they are heading.


Hopefully by the September update they add some more of his ideas in.

Wouldn't it be nice to just get rid of frostbite and use a dedicated engine for sports titles centered around physics. This game needs to embrace speed, momentum, weight, strength, etc...

This is honestly the most exciting news I have heard from Madden in literally over a decade. I've been on these forums for a long time, and Deuce's franchise post is famous for a reason. This is well deserved and I'm very happy he is being rewarded for his hard work.

This is a huge win for Madden franchise players and I'm excited to see how the future unfolds for us. I dont think they would hire Deuce if they didnt plan on utilizing his ideas. Let's goooooooooo!!!!!
