Just to confirm, if I play as a HC and turn off coach firing, coaches in the game will still be fired?

I believe it has an option for "users only" when you toggle coach firing to off. With the coach firing scenario, I believe it's been stated that you can just not click it and it will go away.

Yes, CPU coaches will be fired and listed under Staff movement or something like that on the main menu.

Any scenario related to you as the HC talking about firing, skip and just move to the next week. I had to skip a couple but it works.
