Best way to replicate that Mike Alstott look is adjusting the pad height/size in the Equipment edit

I've tried customizing the pads to replicate those pads worn by the linebackers of the 70's, 80's, but it just looks goofy. Their pads were much wider which they don't have in Madden. You can widen them but it just doesn't look the same.
