This disaster of a game has officially entered Cyberpunk levels of awfulness. If you want to request a refund here is the information.

First - there's already a thread about this and the answer for how to get a refund is the same as how to get a refund for literally any other game that you digitally purchase.... It has nothing to do with whether or not the game has bugs or not.

Second - Release time brings out all the ridiculousness of the "let's all hate on Madden" sentiments for a bunch of people but let's not pretend like this game has any similarities with Cyberpunk. This game has some bugs that are inconvenient, but it's 100% playable for the majority of people and they delivered everything they promised.
