The Tite front is not specifically in Madden 22, but you probably can run something close to it by using DL Shift Inside with any of the following Odd fronts:
Nickel 335 Odd
Dime 146
Dime 236 Sam
Dime 236 Will
Dime 326 Sugar
Dollar 326
A couple of those - Nickel 335 Odd and Dime 326 Sugar - you might not be able to punch the DL because by default they line up inside linebackers heads-up directly over guards.
3-4 Odd might actually be the closest you can get in the game to Tite (speaking to alignment vs spread formations) but you must be willing to field more nimble linebackers at the OLB spots instead of traditional 3-4 pass rushers. Madden also won’t allow you to substitute cornerbacks or safeties into those apex OLB spots in 3-4 Odd.

Thanks a lot. Really seems like 3-4 Odd and Cub are actually the closest

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but iirc Tite lines the DEs over or just inside the tackles as 4- or 5-techs depending on the coach. Tite and 3-4 Odd are both Okie fronts in most systems - both tackles and the center are covered.
34 Cub in Madden is a Bear front which covers the center and both guards, so the DEs are 2-techs. You can use that if you want to muck up interior OL run blocking - especially against any inside power run scheme and Inside Zone - by forcing the OL into a bunch of one-on-one blocks rather than allowing any double teams to happen.
